Who We Help

The Brains Behind Peak Athlete Training

I’m Josh Sheridan. Rugby’s been part of my life since I was six.

I’ve captained GPS First XV. I played overseas semi-pro. Additionally, I’ve run out with the Warringah Rats for the past seven years.

Over that time, I’ve coached hundreds of athletes through camps, programs, and one-on-one sessions. Many of them have gone on to play at representative level.

What Drives Me

What drives me most is helping young players who are striving for more but don’t know where to go.

When a kid finds the right coach, the right environment, and the right level of belief, everything changes.

That’s why I started Peak Athlete Training — to give back to the game and help grow the next generation of rugby athletes the right way.

My Mission

My mission is to help young rugby players build confidence, discipline, and resilience. As they do, they perform better on game day. More importantly, they grow into strong, capable young people who carry those values into life beyond sport.
