The Peak Athlete Online Development Pathway is a structured 8-week training block designed for motivated junior and youth rugby players who want to develop real speed, strength, and athletic confidence no matter where they’re based.

This isn’t generic online programming.

It’s a coached development pathway built on accountability, consistency, and high standards.

Choose Your Setup

Parents can select the option that best suits their child’s training environment and current access to equipment:

Home-Based Option (No Equipment)

Perfect for athletes training at home, outdoors, or in open spaces.

We use bodyweight to teach the fundamentals of movement, coordination, and strength.

Ideal for younger athletes or those who don’t have access to a gym but still want structured, professional-level coaching.

Gym-Based Option (Access to Gym)

Best suited for athletes who already want to take their development further however lack guidance & structure in a gym environment.

We provide detailed, rugby-specific strength and power programs using traditional gym equipment.

The focus is on performance, durability, and physical confidence the same qualities professional players work on year-round.

Both options follow the same structure and progression pathway the only difference is the equipment used and the environment your child trains in.

Program Structure

Every program runs for 10 weeks and is designed just like a professional strength & conditioning block clear goals, structured progression, and built-in accountability.

Each Week Includes:

3 Strength & Power Sessions – Progressive programming designed to improve strength, stability, and explosive power. Exercises are demonstrated via video with written coaching cues, ensuring correct and safe technique.

1 Speed Session – Focused on acceleration, sprint mechanics, and change of direction. Sessions are fun, dynamic, and teach proper sprinting posture and footwork that transfers directly to the rugby field.

1 Mobility Session – A mix of flexibility and movement drills to improve posture, prevent injury, and help the body recover from training and sport.

Each 10-week phase progresses from simple to advanced. Athletes steadily develop without skipping important stages.
