Inside a Day at Peak Rugby Camp
Each camp is designed to combine high-energy fun with real rugby development. Athletes work through rugby skills, movement, speed, contact confidence, games, and age-appropriate physical development in a safe and engaging environment.
Age-Specific Coaching
Our holiday camps are split by age to ensure each athlete receives coaching that suits their stage of development.
Juniors: Ages 8–10
Youth: Ages 11–13
Camp days may vary depending on the holiday schedule, with available dates shown in the booking calendar. Each camp day is different, allowing athletes to attend multiple sessions without repeating the same training.
Who It’s For?
Peak Rugby Camps are open to young rugby athletes aged 8–13 of all experience levels. Whether your child is new to rugby or preparing for higher-level footy, they’ll be coached in a way that is challenging, positive, and appropriate for their age and ability.
