Why We Use 8-Week Development Blocks

Real development takes consistency. Our programs are delivered through structured 8-week development blocks to help athletes build confidence, improve skills, and make meaningful progress through regular coaching and repetition over time.

The 8-week structure also aligns closely with the school term, helping families maintain routine, consistency, and long-term development throughout the season.

Training consistently within the same group environment also helps build stronger habits, accountability, team culture, and confidence both on and off the field.
