Why We Use 6-Week Development Blocks

Real development takes consistency. Our coaching operates in structured 6-week blocks to allow athletes time to build habits, improve confidence, and make meaningful progress over time rather than through isolated sessions.

Training in a consistent small group environment also helps athletes build chemistry, competitiveness, and confidence while allowing coaches to better understand the needs of the group and individual players throughout the program.

Private coaching is designed for athletes aged 6–16 years old. Sessions are tailored to the athlete’s age, experience level, confidence, and development goals.

If weather conditions are unsafe or fields are closed, sessions may be rescheduled or moved to a suitable alternative area where possible. Communication will always be sent as early as possible.

Sessions can be tailored toward skill development, game understanding, movement, contact confidence, positional development, speed, and overall rugby performance depending on the needs of the group.
